CM&A President and founder Joy Dillon has been a successful entrepreneur since 1981, and has specialized in the sale and acquisition of businesses since 1988. She has founded, operated and sold a regional chain of property and casualty insurance agencies as well as a major asset leasing company.

Joy holds an MBA degree from the University of Houston, is cited in several Who's Who publications, and has received numerous honors for business achievement. Today, although her company involves specialists in every phase of mergers and acquisitions, she still works closely with every CM&A client to assure a successful outcome.
